Vic, Karyn and LeGrand,
Vic Weese, President and founder of Bolder Calls, is a Colorado entrepreneur with over 50 years of business experience and successes. Vic founded Rick's Cafe in Cherry Creek, Chesby's Cafe, and Zach's Restaurant on Capital Hill, three of Denver's most popular spots in the '70s and '80s. He received a degree in Marketing and Business Management from Valparaiso University in 1967. Since diversifying into telesales in 1989, he shares his market research, strategic planning and sales management experience with all of our clients.
Karyn Weese, former Vice President and newly appointed Chief Executive Officer, has extensive experience in direct mail, database management and script writing which is integrated with telesales strategies for powerful results, offering invaluable expertise to every client. Prior to working with Vic at Zach's, Chesby's and Bolder Calls, she managed several other restaurants, was general manager of a Colorado cross-country ski resort and held marketing positions with two well-known Colorado corporations.
LeGrand Bonnet is
Vice President of Operations. He is a Senior Call Center Manager with over 20
years of experience finding efficiencies, building strong teams, exceeding
client expectations and understanding current call center technologies. He has worked for RCI, Starr Services, Televerde, and Bank of America where he
gained valuable knowledge in the Travel, Insurance, Technology, Mortgage, and
Health industries. And, he was recently named DAD of the year by his three
Nikki Weese was "Vice President of Morale" at Bolder Calls for over 16 years -- she just passed away on 11-13-2012. She didn't work very hard, but had a wonderful ability to notify us whenever the postman arrived and an uncanny ability to cheer someone up on a bad day, making her a very important member of our staff who will be sadly missed.
